Thermalfill Insulation is proud to deliver grants sourced through the Northern Ireland Sustainable Energy Programme (NISEP), an initiative designed to help households across NI improve their energy efficiency, reduce fuel bills, and contribute to a greener future. For the 2025/26 scheme year, our primary bidder is Energystore Ltd, ensuring you receive high-quality insulation materials.
NISEP Schemes: Are You Eligible?
We offer two main grant pathways through NISEP, designed to support different household income levels.

- Household income above the Thermal Comfort thresholds.
- 40% of Works Cost
- Maximum Grant: £650

- Type of Insulation Grant (given Eligibility Criteria)
What happens Next:
Our NISEP team will review your details, confirm your eligibility, and arrange a free, no-obligation property assessment to identify the most suitable insulation measures for your home.
Please Note: Eligibility criteria and available measures are subject to change by the NISEP scheme administrators. Funds are often limited and although priority can be given to those most vulnerable, allocation can be on a first-come, first-served basis, so we encourage you to apply promptly.”
Thermalfill Insulation does not have its own grant. The grants referenced (Thermal Comfort / Help to Insulate) are administered by Energystore, a Primary Bidder responsible for allocating NISEP grants.
Professional Assessment: All grant applications require a professional building survey to assess the property’s suitability and ensure compliance with building regulations and NISEP requirements.
